In Willingen, your day starts outdoors. Ferienwohnung Up is 5 minutes from the Ettelsberg cable car, with hiking and mountain-bike routes in summer and ski slopes and cross-country trails in winter. After an active day, you come home to a modern apartment with its own terrace and a large shared garden.

• Up to 6 guests, minimum stay 2 nights.
• Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am.
• Self check-in: the key is in a key box next to the front door. You'll find the code in the information letter we send before your stay.
• Beds are made up on arrival; tea towels are provided.
• Free Wi-Fi and a private parking space with an EV charging point.
• Pets are welcome for a surcharge of €35 per stay.
• No smoking indoors (there is an ashtray on the terrace). No parties, and please be considerate of the other residents.
• Please don't enter with wet shoes, snow boots or ski/snowboard boots.
• Please leave the apartment tidy; your security deposit is refunded within one week of departure.

Costs

• Final cleaning, bed linen and towels, and electricity (based on meter readings) are charged separately.

Payment and cancellation

• 25% deposit within 7 days of the invoice date; the balance no later than 60 days before arrival.
• Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival. After that, the full rental amount is due.

The apartment has its own parking space in front of the door with a charging point for electric cars.

The picturesque village of Schwalefeld (approx. 900 inhabitants) lies about 2 km from Willingen.

• Several restaurants and traditional inns are within walking distance, and the local bakery is a 3-minute walk away.
• Hiking trails start right at the door, so you can explore the Sauerland straight away.
• There is a large shared barbecue area with a pond. With a bit of luck, you'll spot deer on an early-morning or evening walk.
• The ski bus stops almost at the door and takes you to lively Willingen in about 5 minutes.
