    Ferienwohnung Up is in Willingen, Sauerland (Germany)—ideal for nature lovers, hikers and winter sports enthusiasts.

    Casa Up is on the Orihuela Costa (Spain), close to the sea and several golf courses.

  • How do I get the keys?

    For Ferienwohnung Up, you’ll receive the access code in advance; at Casa Up, our hostess will welcome you.

  • Is parking available?

    Yes, parking is available.

    Both Casa Up and Ferienwohnung Up have private parking spaces right on the property.

  • How many guests can the accommodations sleep?

    Both accommodations sleep up to 6 guests.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Yes, dogs and cats are welcome on request, subject to a €35 cleaning fee per stay.

  • Can I book direct with you?

    Yes. Use the “Book direct” button on the Casa Up or Ferienwohnung Up page to book directly with us, with no middleman. You'll see availability and the price straight away. Questions? Just message us on WhatsApp.

  • How do payment and cancellation work?

    You pay a 25% deposit within 7 days of the invoice date and the balance no later than 60 days before arrival. Cancellation is free up to 60 days before arrival; after that, the full rental amount is due.

  • What is the minimum stay?

    Ferienwohnung Up in Willingen can be booked from 2 nights, Casa Up on the Costa Blanca from 11 nights. Other arrival and departure days are often possible on request.

  • Are there any extra costs?

    Final cleaning, bed linen and towels, and electricity (based on meter readings) are charged separately. A pet costs €35 per stay. You'll see all costs up front when you book.

  • Is there Wi-Fi?

    Yes, both properties have free Wi-Fi. Casa Up has fibre broadband (1 Gbit/s) and IPTV – handy if you want to work remotely.

  • Can I spend the winter at Casa Up?

    Yes. Casa Up is comfortable in winter too: the air conditioning also heats, there is fast fibre Wi-Fi and the apartment is accessible by lift. Planning to stay for a few weeks or months? Send us a message in advance.
