Annuleringsvoorwaarden – The UP Collection

Applicable to both Casa Up and Ferienwohnung Up.

📅 Standard cancellation policy

- Up to 2 weeks before arrival: only the deposit (30%) will be retained.

- Less than 6 weeks before arrival: the full rental amount is due.

- No-show or early departure: no refund will be made.

💬 How can you cancel?

Cancellations must always be communicated in writing by e-mail to:

💡 Recommendation

We advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance to cover unexpected situations.

In exceptional circumstances (such as travel restrictions, pandemics) we always look for a suitable and flexible solution.
