Cancellation Policy – The UP Collection

Applies to both Casa Up and Ferienwohnung Up.

📅 Standard cancellation policy

- Up to 60 days before arrival: cancel free of charge and receive a full refund of your deposit.

- Within 60 days of arrival: the full rental amount is due.

- No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

Always cancel in writing by email. The date we receive your cancellation is what counts:

We recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance.
