House Rules – The UP Collection

A small welcome gift will be waiting for you on arrival – welcome to The UP Collection.

Below are the house rules that apply to both Casa Up (Spain) and Ferienwohnung Up (Germany).

📦 Included with your stay

Price is for up to 6 guests
Final cleaning, bed linen and towels, and electricity (charged according to meter reading) are not included
Beds made up on arrival (bed linen charged separately)
Tea towels provided
Free WiFi in both apartments

🛎 Check-in & Check-out

Check-in from 15:00
Check-out before 10:00
Minimum stay: 2 nights* (unless otherwise stated)

*Casa Up from 11 nights minimum

Key via key safe or hostess (Spain) at the front door (code provided in advance by email)

🧼 Clean and well maintained

Apartment handed over clean
Please leave the property tidy when you leave
The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after inspection

🚫 Not allowed

Smoking in the property (permitted outside; ashtray provided)
Parties or noisy gatherings
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm
Causing a nuisance to other residents
Entering the property with wet shoes or ski/snowboard boots*

(*Skiing & snowboarding not applicable to Casa Up – Orihuela Costa, of course)

🐾 Pets

Dogs or cats are welcome on request for an additional fee of € 35,- per stay

💳 Payment

A 25% deposit is due within 7 days of the invoice date; the balance is due no later than 60 days before arrival. Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival.
