Below you will find the house rules that apply to both Casa Up (Spain) and Ferienwohnung Up (Germany).

๐Ÿ“ฆ Included with your stay

  • Price applies to max. 6 persons
  • Excluding final cleaning
  • Freshly made beds on arrival
  • Towels and tea towels provided
  • Free WiFi in both apartments

๐Ÿ›Ž Check-in & Check-out

  • Arrival from 3:00 PM
  • Departure before 10:00 am
  • Minimum stay: 2 nights (unless otherwise stated)
  • Key via key box or hostess (Spain) at the front door (you will receive the code in advance by email)


๐Ÿงผ Clean and tidy

  • Apartment is delivered clean
  • Please leave it tidy when you leave
  • After inspection, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days

๐Ÿšซ Not allowed

  • Smoking in the house (outside, ashtray available)
  • Parties or noisy gatherings
  • Causing a nuisance to other residents
  • Entering the house with wet shoes or ski/snowboard boots*

(*Skis & snowboards obviously not applicable to Casa Up – Orihuela Costa)

 Dogs or cats are welcome on request for a surcharge of €35 per stay


๐Ÿ’ณ Payment

  • You must pay the remaining amount no later than 30 days before arrival
